Werewolf: the Apocalypse
More White Wolf action. Actually, the word apocalypse is merely Greek for revelation. I've always found it curious how we've come to regard both words as synonyms for disaster and catastrophe. Perhaps for those with something to hide(occult=hidden), the act of revelation might seem a catastrophic experience.

i know this is two years after this post.
but the reason why the word apocalypse is synonymous with disaster is down to the biblical book "revelations" where the end of the world happens.
and through various changes in language its arrived as something meaning disaster on a biblical scale.
the same with the word serpent, in genesis, the serpent was originally a wyrm (dragon) that throughout certain times in history in western religions represented the devil. but through language going through natural change now simply means "snake".
